# Collection Rarity and How to Check You NFT Hero’s Rarity

Each NFT Hero inherits 13 traits, like their home planet, helmet, pads, glasses, watches, etc. The combination of these various characteristics is what differentiates one Hero from another, both in terms of their visual appearance and their rarity. An NFT Hero with accessories and features that are rarely found in other Heroes are naturally considered more rare and thus more valuable. The scarcity of Rare and Legendary NFT Heroes and the additional benefits they bring make these NFTs more valuable than the Original NFT Heroes.
